World Cup: New Zealand make it 5-0 with Afghanistan rout

After Man-of-the-Match Vettori restricted Afghanistan to 186 with his 4 for 18, NZ (188) riding on McCullum (42) and Guptill's 57 went past the minnows without any hiccups.
