The conditions on which permission to shoot Nirbhaya documentary was given

The furore by statements of Nirbhaya rape convict Mukesh reached the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday when Home Minister Rajnath Singh was forced to give a statement over why the permission to shoot a documentary was given.
